Fitness Center
By building growth and structure into our curriculum, each patient will gain the skills for a well-balanced healthy and productive sober lifestyle. Our fitness programs are designed for patients fighting addiction and include the much needed support to regain physical health, all while improving emotional wellbeing. Our trained fitness staff work with each patient to assess their fitness status and create individual plans that help each person attain goals. Patients are able to then find positive ways to use exercise to cope with life stressors that often cause individuals to relapse.
Our Fitness Program Includes:
Fitness Trainers
- Fitness assessments and reassessments to determine individual goals and monitoring of those goals
- Body composition testing
- Personal training
State of the Art Fitness Center
- Complete with a basketball court, rollerball, cardio equipment, free weights and stationary machines
- Volleyball, Badminton, Pickleball
- Group Fitness - Zumba, Yoga, circuit training
Walking Trail
- ¾ of a mile walking path that surrounds the campus
Education
- Group conversations surrounding the benefits of activity and exercise, types of exercise, building an exercise plan, setting goals and how activity and exercise impact recovery
